A free 10-point health check for your website.
We check the ten things most likely to be losing you customers, measure each one against a published standard, and send you a prioritised list of what to fix first.

Report in 3 business days
Ten checks, run by hand against published standards. No sales call, and no obligation attached.

A report you can hand to any developer
Not a dashboard login, and not a score out of 100. A short PDF an owner can read and a developer can act on: one page per finding, ordered by what it is likely costing you, with a screenshot of the problem on your own site.
Ten checks, each against a published standard
No scanner dump. A person runs every check by hand and writes up what they find, naming the standard that failed and the page it failed on.
Speed and stability
Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift, measured against Google’s published thresholds. Source: web.dev
Mobile usability
Tap targets of at least 24 by 24 CSS pixels, and whether email and phone fields summon the right keyboard. Sources: WCAG 2.2 and MDN Web Docs
Accessibility
Colour contrast at 4.5:1 for body text, and whether every field has a real label rather than a placeholder. Sources: WCAG 2.1 and Nielsen Norman Group
Checkout and forms
Guest checkout, inline error messages and password rules. 18 percent of shoppers abandon a cart when forced to create an account. Sources: Baymard Institute and NIST SP 800-63B
What lands in your inbox
The same review we run before taking on a build. Four things, three business days after you send the address.
Worth your time, or not
Worth doing if your site is live and taking real traffic, you sell or take bookings or collect enquiries through it, and you suspect something is losing you customers but cannot point at it. Not worth doing if the site is still in development, or you already know what is wrong and simply want a quote.

Who runs your check
Measurements come from tools including Lighthouse and axe. The judgement about which findings matter, and what each is likely costing you, comes from the team that builds and maintains sites for clients.
Why it is free, and what happens next
Why it is free
Because the report is the pitch. If the findings are useful some people ask us to fix them. Most do not, and that is a fair trade for ninety minutes of our time.
No mailing list
Your address is used to send the report and one follow up email a week later. That is the end of it.
Yours to keep
It is written to be handed over, and it names published standards rather than our services. Use it with any developer, or none.
Send us your website address
Two fields, three business days, no obligation. We will tell you what is costing you customers and what to fix first.
